At LiveTheVanLife Restorations we strive for the best quality and customer service available in our community, period.
However offering a high level of quality and customer service comes at a cost. These days it is very easy for us to overwork ourselves with folks communicating with us at all hours of the day and night, 7 days a week. Phone calls, emails, text messages, in person. The interconnected nature of our world today is a tremendous thing, and it’s also tremendously exhausting if we are not intentional about our approach and willing to set boundaries. It is a constant push and pull within ourselves to try to achieve a work life balance, unfortunately many of us have difficulty finding this balance. With two small children too many days have passed where I’ve barely seen them, or have been too tired from over working to be fully present.
It’s only recently, as the demand for our services has grown (thank you!) I’ve realized the importance of setting some strict boundaries for myself and those I work with in order to ensure that I have time for my family, time for myself, and time to rest and recharge. The work we do is a very personal process both for us and for you, and I believe strongly that setting the proper expectations up front in all aspects is super important. With that said, I kindly ask the following.

- That to the extent possible communications are during business hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- That our weekends are respected
- That email is used off hours for communication
- That sometimes it may take some time to respond to your texts, emails, and phone calls and that this is not because we don’t care, but because we are busy.
- That visiting us in person requires an appointment
