Where to Stay

We're biased, but we think La Paz is the best city in Baja.

La Paz has a lot going for it. Beautiful beaches, a stunning seaside boardwalk called the Malecon, fishing, boating, hiking, and amazing restaurants. You and your family are sure to enjoy your time here. With regards to accomodations, La Paz offers something for every budget. From campgrounds and hostals, to lavish resorts and everything in between. Airbnb is also a great option, but is beyond the scope of what we can list here. If possible, try to stay in a part of town called "Centro" which as the name implies is centrally located and easily walkable. Below are some suggested places to stay at several price points. Please note, we have no direct relationships with any of the places mentioned, these are places that many friends, family, and clients have stayed at and been happy with.

Low Cost:
Camping: Peace Center (great central location) ioverlander.com/places/39408-peace-center
Camping: Marantha (15-20 mins from the Malecon a little outside of town, large and spacious): https://ioverlander.com/places/4532-campestre-maranatha
Sol RV Park: Right on the Malecon, beautiful https://www.instagram.com/solrvpark

Mid Cost:
Hotel Catedral (Amazing location, well liked by guests): https://www.hotelcatedral.mx/english/index.php
Hotel H Blue (Great, central location, close to our HQ)  www.hotelhblue.com/
