This warranty covers paint and bodywork performed by LiveTheVanLife Restorations for a period of three (3) years from the date of service completion. It applies to defects in materials or workmanship, including peeling, fading, cracking, or improper adhesion of paint, and structural or installation issues in bodywork, provided the vehicle is maintained under normal operating conditions.

Coverage
This warranty covers automotive parts and labor services performed by LiveTheVanLife Restorations for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion. It applies to defects in materials or workmanship for parts installed and labor performed by LiveTheVanLife Restorations, provided the vehicle is maintained under normal operating conditions.

Terms and Conditions
- Scope of Warranty: This warranty covers repairs or replacement of defective paint or bodywork at no additional cost to the customer. It includes labor and materials directly related to the warranted repair.
- Return Requirement: All warranty work must be performed at our facility located at La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico. The customer is responsible for transporting the vehicle to our location for inspection and repair.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, collisions, vandalism, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, exposure to extreme environmental conditions (e.g., acid rain, hail, or chemical exposure), or modifications not performed by LiveTheVanLife Restorations. Normal wear and tear, including minor chips or scratches from regular use, is also excluded.
- Maintenance Requirements: The customer must maintain the vehicle according to manufacturer recommendations, including regular washing and waxing to protect the paint finish. Failure to provide reasonable care may void the warranty.
- Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact LiveTheVanLife Restorations within the warranty period and provide proof of service (e.g., receipt or invoice). The vehicle must be returned to our facility in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico, for inspection by our team to verify the defect. Repairs will be scheduled at our discretion, and we reserve the right to determine whether to repair or replace the affected area.
- Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and vehicle for which the service was performed.
- Limitations: This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective paint or bodywork. LiveTheVanLife Restorations is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, transportation costs to and from our facility, or other expenses arising from the defect.
