Ready to swim with the largest fish in the world? Whale sharks can grow to be up to 40ft long, like a school bus. These gentle giants are not meat eaters, instead filtering plankton through their huge mouths. They love the tranquil waters just off La Paz and people from all over the world come to see them and swim next to them every year from sometime in November until sometime in the Spring.
