Booking Policy

What is our booking & Cancellation Policy?

When you reserve a restoration slot with us, that time is blocked off specifically for your van. We don’t double-book projects, and we often turn away other customers once a slot is taken. Because of that, we’ve put this simple policy in place to keep things fair for everyone.

Reservation Deposit
A $1,000 non-refundable booking fee is required to hold your spot.
This fee applies toward your final invoice. It’s non-refundable because it covers the time and planning that goes into scheduling, materials prep, and reserving space in the shop.

Payments
50% of the estimated total is due when you drop off your van.
25% of the estimated total is due when we are halfway finished with your van.
The remaining balance is due when the work is completed and ready for pickup.
As a small business and due to the large costs of the work involved, labor, parts, etc, we have organized the payments this way to keep our cashflow moving smoothly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you cancel more than 60 days before your scheduled drop-off, you can reschedule once to a new date within 12 months without losing your booking fee.
If you cancel within 60 days of your appointment, your booking fee is forfeited.
No-shows or cancellations within 30 days may be charged an additional $500 late cancellation fee.
This helps keep our schedule running smoothly and ensures that serious projects get the time and attention they deserve.

Communication
We will reach out several times before your appointment (90 days, 30 days, and 1 week prior) to confirm your travel and drop-off plans. If we don’t hear back within a reasonable time, your spot may be released to someone else.
